A more commercialized take of the 2018 National Award winning film, Bhramam's first glaring failure is casting Mamtha Mohandas in the role played by Tabu. DOP-turned director Ravi K Chandran unfortunately fails in doing just that. The challenge with remaking a perfect classic like Andhadhun is not in just finding the right balance between the various genres it encompassed, but also in casting the right actors who can emote well in both the harrowing drama sequences as well as the situational comedy.
